Doug started his career in Tasmania, where he was a partner with Moore Robsons, before moving to Melbourne in 1990 and acquiring Mitchell Wilson in 1991.

Doug’s expertise and knowledge of the tax and business matters faced by companies and individuals is extensive. His particular experience applies to ithe small to medium enterprises. Doug has a commitment to assisting clients achieve their short and long-term goals, whether they are related to business or building personal wealth.

Doug is married with two grown-up children. Wife Leonie is a classroom music teacher, son Chris is a secondary school teacher and daughter Julia is studying law.

With a strong interest and care for the community, Doug was Chairperson of the Building Committee of his local church, overseeing a construction program valued at approximately $3,300,000. He is also involved on the Board of Access Ministries which principally makes available the provision of chaplains to government schools.

Anita Collings

Anita started her Chartered Accounting career as a Graduate with Mitchell Wilson in 1994 and, after 14 years at a second tier firm in the city, returned to Mitchell Wilson in March 2009.

During her career, Anita has enjoyed being challenged by a wide range of complex tax, asset protection and superannuation assignments for private family business owners.

With 1 husband, 5 young children and 2 rabbits, Anita’s personal life could be described as “organised domestic chaos”. In her small amount of spare time, Anita plays competition tennis and occasionally gets to read a book or have coffee with friends.
